^{A DNA single gene health test is an absolute test. The accuracy of a test result is reliant upon and is the responsibility of both the owner of the dog submitting the correct sample and the testing laboratory complying with its standard operating procedures.}

^{All dog owners confirm and release The Kennel Club from any and all liability resulting from the publication of a test result relating to a particular dog. The Kennel Club publishes results on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any representations or warranties of any kind.}
