Do you like dogs? Do you enjoy speaking to people on the phone? We are looking for a number of Customer Services Advisors to join our new, modern Customer Contact centre in Aylesbury on a full time permanent basis. The department prides itself on delivering a first class service to a wide range of customers. We want helpful and friendly people to join our team and help us continue with the Kennel Club’s objective of “Making a difference for all dogs”.

The Kennel Club was founded in 1873 and offers dog owners an unparalleled source of information and advice on dog welfare, health, training, breeding and buying a puppy. You may be more familiar with CRUFTS, the world’s greatest dog show, which the Kennel Club organises as well as our charitable donations made through the Kennel Club Charitable Trust.

Your role will involve taking inbound calls, as well as data input and some administration work. You will possess excellent verbal skills with the ability to link and promote our products (full training will be given) as well as being able to handle calls with a helpful and efficient approach.  Experience of working in a customer focused organisation would be desirable.

Excellent written and communication skills are essential as is the ability to work under pressure.  You will also have good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word and have worked with web based systems and packages. Experience of working with defined KPI’s and deadlines based around service, accuracy and productivity is an advantage.
