The Kennel Club was saddened and shocked to hear of the sudden passing of Mark Cocozza at the weekend. Mark showed great commitment and passion for the world of dogs and was also a previous member of The Kennel Club and Board Director. The Kennel Club sends its condolences to his family and friends at this difficult time.
A regular judge at Crufts, Mark was judging the following breeds at Crufts 2024;
Japanese Akita Inu
Canaan Dog
Bavarian Mountain Hound
Dachshund (Wire Haired)
These breeds will now be judged by Mr Hans Van Den Berg (Netherlands).
