6. Muffit II, Battlestar Galactica (1978)
Long Before CGI, we had Muffit II, the robo-dog from Battlestar Galactica. After the tragic loss of Boxey’s real dog, Muffit II came to the rescue—literally a robotic replacement but made to look like a Daggit (the futuristic take on dogs in the Battlestar universe). 5. Sparky, Frankenweenie (2012)
