The Kennel Club has been accredited by City & Guilds as meeting its quality assurance criteria and granted accredited programme status for The Kennel Club Accredited Instructors (KCAI) scheme for the fourth year.
The purpose of our Accredited Instructors scheme is to provide dog owners with a wide and accessible choice of dog training instructors and behaviourists who have proven specialist knowledge, skills and experience.
Our Accredited Instructors scheme is the first and only scheme for dog training instructors and behaviourists that has achieved programme accreditation from City & Guilds, which is a globally-recognised benchmark of quality. The City & Guilds accredited programme enables The Kennel Club to demonstrate that the processes and delivery of our Accredited Instructors scheme meets City & Guilds' quality standards, ensuring that the programme content is always relevant and that its structure and support are of the highest standard.
