On Friday 6th March, at Crufts 2020, the Kennel Club and the FCI met to discuss an international, collaborative approach to brachycephalic breed health and discussed the potential of expanding Kennel Club/University of Cambridge Respiratory Function Grading Scheme.
Tony Allcock OBE, Kennel Club Chairman, said: “We were delighted to welcome the FCI President to Crufts 2020 and we hope that by working together, and taking an international approach, we can protect and improve brachycephalic breed health. We are looking forward to welcoming the FCI to the Kennel Club BOAS conference on the 2nd and 3rd of April to further discuss our collaborative approach and the Respiratory Function Grading Scheme.”
