The Kennel Club wishes to advise heelwork to music (HTM) competitors that Westglen HTM Club (Worcestershire & West Midlands) has relinquished its premier heelwork to music status with immediate effect. Therefore, any registered society which would be interested in applying for future premier heelwork to music status, to enable it to host Crufts HTM and freestyle qualifiers, should submit a presentation for consideration.
Please note that premier competition ring sizes shall not be less than 15m x 16m and that it will be necessary to select a date that does not coincide with another premier HTM competition. An application from a club which already holds premier HTM competitions may also be considered.
Applications should include details of the society’s committee structure and competition management team, as well as information on the proposed venue and its facilities available for judges, competitors, dogs and spectators.
Presentations should be submitted to Toni Paull in the Working Dog Activities team at the Kennel Club via email Heelwork to Music (The Kennel Club) by 29 October 2021.
