The Kennel Club has been making some upgrades to its internal IT systems and website to improve its direct debit process, ensuring that it can better serve customers who choose to use this method of payment for Kennel Club services and publications.
This improved process will ensure that customers will be better able to manage their own subscriptions within their Kennel Club online account - this includes adding, editing and removing a direct debit. Some direct debit customers will be sent correspondence regarding a new customer reference number, however, they do not need to take any action, there will be no change to direct debits and all data remains safe. This correspondence is a compliance that The Kennel Club needs to undertake due to the upgrade.
